The IPS has educational resources for all our members, mental health providers and clinic management. Below are descriptions of these resources.
FALL CONFERENCE AND BUSINESS MEEETING: IPS joins with the University of Iowa Department of Psychiatry to provide a one day conference in Iowa City on topics of interest to psychiatrists every fall.
SPRING CONFERENCE: IPS holds a conference each spring focused on providing education to all levels of mental health providers. This conference is held in various locations around the state.
MENTAL HEALTH PRACTICE MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP: This workshop is sponsored by the IPS Foundation and covers topics of interest to clinic staff. This year the workshop will be Thursday, October 1, 2009 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Des Moines, Iowa.
